Dream Party Tokyo – Cosplayers
Dream Party Tokyo – Venues
On Sunday, I joined a Cosplay event which is called ‘Dream Party‘. The event is mainly for people who love porn and girls game. If you like those types of games, you would enjoy it. Unfortunately the details of the event is only in Japanese. I saw many people when I went there a few years ago, but it was not so crowded this year that I could take many photos.
First article is for venue, as usual 🙂

Tokyo Game Show 2013 – Public day Cosplayers
I went to public day as well. As I told on previous post, it was so crowded that I could not take so many pictures. There are so many cosplayers there, but it was hardly to take a picture properly. I don’t want to involve surrounding people when I take a picture. Ideally, only Cosplayers are in the picture.
You can find so many families and kids. Here are the places only for families. I was able to go to the place because I’m a press staff:) I think it’s very good idea because there are so many inappropriate things which parents don’t want their kids to see at the venue. The family corner is so safe that they don’t harm children.

Finally, as all of you are looking forward to see the solo cosplayers!! Again they are professional cosplayers as promotion girls.
Tokyo Game Show 2013 – duo/group cosplayers
Finally, here are professional Cosplayers. It’s not correct way to say they are ‘Cosplayers’ because they are hired by companies as promotion girls. Most of them are professional models. You can find the difference between amateur and professional. Enjoy!!
The Tokyo Game Show announced that they had 270,197 attendees this year for four days in 2013. (Ref: 223,753 people in 2012 and 222,668 in 2011.) Especially last 2 days for all people (first 2 days are only for companies as called ‘Business day’), they have over 100K people each day. The reason why they had so many people this year is they have expanded their venue and introduced new places like ‘Indies game corner’ ‘Otome game corner’ and ‘crowd gaming corner’. I went there on Sunday. It was so crowded that it was hardly to take a picture.

Sorry I have one more article before I upload cosplayers because I like watching people who play games especially battle games. Also the name of the event is ‘Game Show’, so I need to let you know there were gamers at the venue!!
He is Mago who is a famous professional gamer in Japan.
If you like game, you would know his name. He is Umehara. You can check his history on Daigo Umehara Wikipedia.
As I like professional wrestling, I took his picture. He is a famous wrestler, Togi Makabe. He joined the event to introduce card games for professional wrestling. The card game is below of his pic.
Tokyo Game Show 2013 – Venue
I went to TOKYO GAME SHOW 2013 as a press staff and took many pictures. The day I wen to was Business day, so it was not so crowded and perfect situation to take photos. One disappointed thing is there is no amateur cosplayers.
The difference from 2012 is many non-Japanese people came to Tokyo Game Show 2013. According to the organizer of Tokyo Game show, companies from 33 countries/regions joined the event which was the largest number of companies on their history.
I will upload many professional cosplayers who work for companies later, but today is the venue to feel which companies attended.
They are twins who are comedian and called ‘Touch’ which is originally come from Manga ‘Touch‘
